Valued Rover’s Customer:
In
the week of March 8 – March 12, 2004, we sent out our
second postcard piece, marketing our doggy daycare services.
As you may have noticed, the recipient names we had on the
postcards did not correctly match the mailing addresses. As
a result of this mix up in the mailing list we used, you may
have received a postcard at your mailing address that was
addressed to someone else or may have received more than one
postcard at your address.
We
sincerely apologize for this mistake on our end and want to
assure you that we have you entered correctly in our customer
database. Something went wrong when we pulled the mailing
list out of the database, however. We hope you will forgive
us for this human error and take advantage of the 20% discount
offer that is on the back of the postcard you received, even
though it doesn’t have your name on it. That offer expires
on June 1st, 2004 and can be used on one day of daycare or
boarding or a single dog grooming service.
