Dear Valued Customer,

Thank-you for trusting Rover’s Playhouse to care for your cherished pet/s while you are at work or on vacation.  We have worked very hard to provide you with the highest standard of service at an affordable rate.  In spite of our efforts, operating costs continue to go up due to many factors.  Periodically, we have to adjust the amount we charge our customers to compensate for these increases.

This rate increase will go into effect January 19, 2009.  We have attached the new rates page.  Please note that while most of our rates will increase slightly, our boarding rates will remain the same.  Please feel free to contact Heidi or Jacky if you should have questions or you may email us at: info@roversplayhouse.com.

Because we truly value the service we provide for your furry friend…our team participates in continuous education on dog & pack behavior.  In addition, we are proud to share that our team is Pet First Aid certified.  Our passion for your pet drives us to go that extra mile…we will do whatever it takes to make “their” stay worthwhile.
