Kimberly Reynolds, Owner and Sr. Manager of Rover’s Playhouse, has 10 years of business experience, a bachelor's degree in Human Resources and three dogs of her own - which have been put through beginners, basic and advanced obedience classes. Her love for animals and strong desire to provide a caring environment for other beloved pets has been a driving force in making Rover’s successful.
Heidi has been our Assistant Manager since August 2004. Originally from Hoffman, MN, she graduated from NDSU with a B.S. in Zoology & Minor in Biology. Heidi & her husband moved to Tyler, Texas where she worked as a Bird Keeper at the Caldwell Zoo. Heidi is a true animal lover with her own personal zoo at her house which includes a number of birds, dogs, reptiles, amphibians, & a cat. Heidi's most important goal is to ensure that our team provides the highest quality care to our dog/cat clients and their owners!
Jacky, Director of Customer Service, has been with Rover's since 2002, the year we opened! She moved here from Williston ND.

Over the years, she and her husband Doug, have had numerous dogs, cats and one ferret but at the moment their only furry friend is a beautiful calico named "Stewie". Jacky has four grown children living in Texas, New Mexico, Idaho and Fargo. Personal hobbies include reading for the pure enjoyment of it; crossword puzzles and working out at her favorite hang-out, the YMCA.

Jacky takes great pride in making sure every customer leaves happy and that includes the furry ones too!

Rover’s Playhouse just celebrated its 4th year anniversary. It has definitely been a year full of exciting changes and growth. Rover’s started out as a doggy daycare and boarding facility which also boards cats in their attractive Cat Condo. In addition, Rover's sells Pet Supplies ranging from dog leashes and toys to grooming accessories. During the summer of 2003, a grooming department was added making Rover's the most convenient, pet-friendly establishment in Fargo-Moorhead!
Our state-of-the-art playhouse has:
  • Over 3000 square feet of spacious indoor park-like doggy playground with plenty of light, agility equipment, and designated run areas for dog playgroups
  • Attached fenced-in outdoor doggy recreational and potty area
  • Individual overnight dog crates in a clean, ventilated, climate-controlled area with access to television (featuring Animal Planet)
  • Quiet rest areas for afternoon napping
  • Four web cameras spread out throughout our indoor playground for constant access to your pet throughout the day
